Lovely stay in a beautiful secluded cottage surrounded by nature. The cottage had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a cozy log burner. It was the perfect escape from the city.
One minor drawback was the lack of heating in the hotel. Although there was a log burner, we didn't have any dry logs, so it was a bit chilly.

Perfect isolation: The lodge is set away from the main property, giving it a cozy and secluded feel like a small barn conversion. Convenient location: Although out of the way, it is not too far from the city center, making it a great location to escape the hustle and bustle.Comfortable bed: The bed provided in the lodge was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
Bugs: There were a few bugs around, but given the location, it was to be expected and did not cause much bother. Sofa bed: The sofa bed was a bit too small and soft, and could have benefitted from a topper for added comfort.

Perfect jacuzzi. Lodge had everything needed with a welcome basket. Comfy bed for great sleep. Pricey breakfast but worth it, left feeling full and satisfied. Accommodating staff. Lovely location, beautiful secluded cottage, and comfortable bed. The space had everything we needed and the kitchen and bathroom were nice. It was great to have a log burner in the living room.
Pricing mishap with a significant increase in the room rate just before our stay, and no heating in the property besides a small plug-in radiator. We were pretty cold during our Christmas stay.
